Cast The Fire is the place to go for breakbeat, dance and techno Christian music. The station is the result of a relationship between Deeplife Records CEO (Andy Turner) and JITAbeat Media Group CEO (Chris Salisbury). The station started in 2004 as a station called One Life Radio. “The Blend” radio show, hosted by DJ404 was a huge hit. However, with Turner no longer able to commit time to his project he called in Salisbury. Today the site is operated by www.TechnoChristian.com.
The vision for the Cast The Fire radio station is to be a major force in Christian downloadable media. With hopes of offering not only great Christian dance music, the station is working on offering live streaming, podcasts and downloadable content. Currently, the music selections featured are all Christian based. However, they translate over many genres including electronic dance music, rock, rap and R&B.
