WIOE is licensed to Blessed Beginnings Broadcasting of Warsaw and supports the Mass Media Programs at Warsaw community schools. WIOE 98.3 FM is 100% not for profit and all underwriting support is donated to WCHS to fund the Mass Media Class Student Broadcasts. Warsaw community school programming includes the Tiger Reminders that air several times each hour on WIOE 98.3 FM. Together with on-air personality Flyin’ Brian, students of the WCHS Mass Media Classes develop these spots that add spice the station’s oldies format.

WCHS not only produce these Tiger sporting event broadcasts, but they also create a daily Tiger Video that streams at WIOE-TV, WIOE’s internet TV station. These student broadcasters are directed by Radio and TV professor Dave Baumgarntner, and are highly valued members of the WIOE 98.3 FM broadcasting staff. Other members of this prized broadcasting staff include staff member Flyin’ Brian’s five children. These five girls deliver weather forecasts, WIOE birthdays and anniversaries, and help out with remote broadcasts with dad, Brian.
