Yseb Radio Progress has been broadcasting since 1957. This is the very first Christian radio station to go on the air in El Salvador, and operates as a non profit radio station seeking to spread the good news of God’s love to the entire nation of El Salvador. From its early days under the direction of visionaries like Santiago Houk, Guillermo Bayllie, David Stewart, Santiago Echegoyen, David Solt and Marvin Jaut, the station has grown into a powerful 10,000 Watt station, now covering more than three quarters of the entire nation with its broadcasts.
This station broadcasts on FM radio, and can be found at 90.5 FM. In addition, the station is broadcast on AM radio at 1330 AM. Yseb Radio Progress has stood through the test of time, and has reached the heart of evangelical Christians, as well as others that have been blessed by the broadcasts of the station.
Today, the programming on this station reflects a commitment to God and to the Bible. The day starts at 5:30 AM with the half hour Through the Bible program, taking listeners verse by verse through a portion of Scripture.
