When lunchtime rolls around, LightFM starts their famous “Lunchbox Requests” (12-3pm, weekdays) allowing all listeners to call in song requests they need to help them smile through the rest of their workday. When 3pm arrives, the station’s parent combo in “Leroy and Cassie on the Buzz” offers terrific parenting stories and advice to prime any parent for the evening ahead. Lastly, the 6pm broadcast on LightFM includes an exclusive simulcast of the “National Nine News” each evening.
