Triple J’s mission is to bring you the absolute freshest music in a non-commercial format. There are no advertisements on Triple J – only great music. From Dizzee Rascal to Arctic Monkeys, Kisschasy to Digitalism, The White Stripes, and Kaiser Chiefs, Triple J “represents young people’s musical and cultural requirements.” You won’t hear songs that came out years ago. Myf, Jay and the Doctor start things rolling every weekday morning at 6 am, with artist interviews, comedy bits, local news information, and all the new music you love. After that there’s a new program every two hours - Mornings With Zan at 9, the Lunch show, and Topshelf Radio with Robbie Buck at 3 pm. In the evening, tune in for the Super Request show, followed by Home & Hosed at 9pm. There’s a different focus every weeknight at 10 pm: Hip Hop Mondays, Full Metal Tuesdays, and so on.
